Well its been a while since I've actively updated my deviant art. But I have been busy mostly on just concepts and pure inking etc. without firing up the ol' photoshop. For the last few months now I have been toiling on an effort from two fronts.

I have been drawing and writing a new manga. Entitled Grimoire, I've been having a lot of fun, and the first "book" is outlined but the actual art is still coming along slowly, (I hate backgrounds )Once I get a few chapters illustrated it's just a matter of finding a way to publish them (although I am considering online publishing). So stay tuned for that, I don't want to reveal too much about the story yet but once a get a little further into development I might write up a few chapters in a novella style.

But in addition I have been working on a couple of other projects which have given me a bunch of stuff to work on. I have a new computer which allows for quicker and more streamline work with photoshop. The end result will hopefully be a lot more art being posted through the next few months. And if I can manage to save up for a digital art pad I'll be able to post even more.

I'm hoping that I can submit a lot of art more consistently than I have in the past, but the reality of working retail does have to set in at some point, and they like to keep me very busy. I need a break to draw!!
